SOG Resource Appointments

Need a hand up this season? We have a limited number of appointments available to meet with a Resource Consultant for one-time financial requests that go beyond our drop-in day resources available on Tuesdays and Thurdays 11-3pm. Find out more about Seeds of Grace at ac3.org/sog. 

After completing a Resource Request Application, we can meet and discuss potential financial help toward a need deemed a necessity.

Appointments Include:

• Hearing Your Story
• Resource Matching 
• Sharing Creative Financial Relief Options
• Creating a Simple Next Step Action Plan or a Pay-It-Forward Option
